Bookings and patient responsibilities

A request submitted through the website is not final until confirmed by LabEdge. You agree to:

• Provide accurate identity, age, contact, clinical, prescription, and booking information where required.
• Follow fasting, timing, medication, hydration, sample, and other preparation instructions given by your clinician or our team.
• Inform us about relevant conditions or circumstances that may affect safe collection or service delivery.
• Be available at the confirmed time and provide safe, reasonable access for home collection.
• Review booking details and notify us promptly of errors or changes.

Prices, payments, and offers

Displayed prices, packages, discounts, and inclusions may change and remain subject to confirmation before payment or service. A package covers only the listed tests and services unless we confirm otherwise.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for using an authorised payment method. Taxes, collection charges, specialist fees, repeat testing, or additional services may apply where clearly communicated.

Sample collection and service quality

Collection and testing depend on patient readiness, sample adequacy, safe access, service-area coverage, and technical feasibility. We may reschedule, decline, or stop a service where proceeding would be unsafe, unlawful, clinically inappropriate, or operationally impractical.

A recollection or repeat test may sometimes be required because of sample quality, stability, quantity, transport, instrument, or clinical verification requirements. Our team will explain the next reasonable step.

Reports and turnaround times

Turnaround times are estimates and may change due to sample condition, confirmation testing, referral laboratory schedules, equipment issues, public holidays, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Reports must be interpreted by an appropriately qualified medical professional in the context of symptoms, history, examination, medicines, and other investigations. LabEdge may correct a verified administrative or reporting error and issue an updated report.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Eligibility depends on service status, costs already incurred, payment verification, and the reason for the request.

Please contact us as early as possible and quote the patient name, registered phone number, and booking or transaction reference.

Acceptable website use

External payment, map, messaging, social media, or partner services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms. LabEdge is not responsible for an external service outside its reasonable control.

Liability, governing law, and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LabEdge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, self-interpretation of results, failure to follow preparation advice, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes will fall within the competent jurisdiction of courts serving Pune, Maharashtra.
